Processing time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping rates and delivery times We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
- Other countries: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Customs and duties International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
